Today is the first day of Spring. The flowers are in bloom, birds are chirping and my heart is full.My stomach, on the other hand, is not.
I'm thinking a little Mexican fast food might do the trick. It's the official food of choice for the changing of seasons.

How can you write about spring, post a beautiful spring picture and then mention TACO BELL????? What about salads, yummy fruit, smoothies ... things of a light nature!? Yucky Taco Bell. Yucky.
